Presque Isle Half Marathon 2025
Ran a half marathon with Vimal, Violet, and Andrew. Also with Daehwa and Yeseul. Almost walked. Along the shores of Lake Erie.

Back to this place after the first visit in 2022. Planning to do some light crossfit once a week here during my Pittsburgh stay.

Recovered.
Knee is 95% back. Still on light rehab work, but finally back in the gym. No heavy lifting for the foreseeable future. Weights don't matter anymore — what matters is that I can be here again.

Almost there.
Knee is finally 80-90% recovered. It was such a long and painful time, dopamine taken away. Personally felt the PDRN injection really worked out. Back to the gym, very light workout. Keep rehabbing too.

Still rehabbing. Definitely getting better. 원 마취통증의학과 내원 시작. 상담 후 PDRN 주사 치료 시작. 1주 간격으로 총 8회. 체외충격파 (6월까지 총 13회) 병행.
